Youth Impact Leadership Development Program believes that young people are the leaders of tomorrow, and we strive to empower them to be the best versions of themselves. Our services are tailored to students from 3rd grade to Junior Highschool and are designed to instill a sense of purpose and direction in each student's life. Youth Impact is the perfect place to start if your child struggles to find their place in the world or wants to develop their leadership skills.

We provide value-based training services to develop young people's personal and professional leadership skills. Our services are based on the teachings of renowned leadership expert John C. Maxwell, the world’s foremost authority in leadership; the youth will be exposed to essential skills and values to help them become well-rounded and responsible members of their communities.

CHANGE YOUR WORLD (CYW) TRANSFORMATION TABLES
CHANGE YOUR WORLD (CYW) TRANSFORMATION TABLES
Change Your World (CYW) Transformation Tables are values-based leadership lessons experienced in a group setting.
You'll start with six lessons on key universal values: Hope, Listening, Valuing Every Person, Integrity, Forgiveness, and Multiplication.
As you participate, you'll take time each week to practically apply these lessons in your daily life, leading to personal growth and transformation!
After completing Value Tables, the next phase of your CYW Journey is Action Tables. These tables build on the foundation of good values and focus on learning to make a difference by intentionally taking action each day and with other people.

In 2017, the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Global Youth Initiative was launched! Maxwell Leadership Certified Team members from all around the world hosted FREE events to equip youth with the skills they need to serve as leaders in all areas of their lives.
Today’s youth face many challenges – struggles with confidence, fear of failure, and bullying. We can do something about it as parents, teachers, and leaders! You and your youth are invited to participate in a world-changing youth movement that will empower our kids to be the change they wish to see in the world!
During April and October of 2017, youth leadership events were hosted all over the world. Maxwell Leadership Certified Team members hosted 465,000 youth at nearly 2,000 events in 52 countries. Youth who attended these events were equipped, inspired, and empowered to have a positive self-image, respect themselves and others, be a positive influence, and fail forward toward success. The events were FREE and open to all children and youth groups, ages 8-18.
