My name is Terrell Ford, and I'm the founder of Ford Leadership LLC, a company dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations through dynamic leadership training and coaching. I am a military veteran, and I've had the privilege of training under Dr. John C. Maxwell, one of the world's foremost experts on leadership.
